Ruth and Herb are innkeepers/owners of Castle in the Country, a 10-room country Inn located in southern Allegan County. Our goal has always been to be the best place for couples to enjoy their leisure time together in South West Michigan. Part of their experience usually includes venturing off our 65 acre property. We have over 20 years of experience in helping our guests find the best places to eat, shop, and experience the attractions of the area. We thought it only fitting to share this knowledge with anyone who may find themselves in our corner of Michigan. We make it a point to experience what we recommend first-hand, and we do not accept any kind of payment or gratuity from the venues we blog about here.
